1. What we collect

• Account info: email (for account delivery + renewal alerts), workspace name
• Payment info: order amount / time / receipt screenshot / payment provider transaction ID. We never store credit card numbers.
• Usage data: API calls, tokens used, documents uploaded — solely for billing and quota alerts
• Technical logs: IP, User-Agent, HTTP status — for security audit + bug fixing. Auto-deleted after 30 days.

2. What we don't collect

• Real name / ID / phone (unless you voluntarily share when contacting support)
• Document content you upload to your workspace (only you can access it)
• AI conversation content (same — stored in your isolated tenant)
• Location / device info beyond what's needed to operate

3. Where we store data

All data is stored on servers in mainland China:

• Primary storage: Hangzhou data center we manage directly
• Edge proxy: Alibaba Cloud BGP node
• Backups: LAN-attached NAS, 30-day rolling retention

4. How we use it

Your data will never be:

• Used to train any AI model
• Shared with third parties
• Used for purposes beyond serving you

5. Third-party services

• DeepSeek: LLM API (invoked when processing your chat requests)
• Alipay / WeChat Pay: payment redirection; we receive order ID + amount
• 163 Mail: transactional emails

6. Security

• HTTPS / TLS 1.3 end-to-end encryption
• Tenant isolation — physically separated workspaces per customer
• Daily backups with sha256 verification
• Rate limiting + access control

7. Your rights (under PRC Personal Information Protection Law)

• Access: log in anytime to see your data
• Correct: self-serve account updates
• Delete: email support@ghostai.top to request account deletion. Cleared within 7 days.
• Export: request export of all your uploaded documents and chat logs
• Stop processing: pause data processing while account remains

8. Cookies

• admin_sess: admin login session
• ghostai_ref: affiliate tracking (30 days)
• theme: light/dark theme preference (localStorage)

No third-party tracking cookies (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.).

9. Policy changes

Material changes will be emailed 7 days in advance. Current version always lives here.
