1. Acceptance

By using GhostAI (www.ghostai.top and its subdomains), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

Document upload / chunking / vectorization / retrieval
Chat apps / workflows / REST API
Multi-tenant isolated workspaces
Monthly quota-based AI calls

3. Account

Real valid email required at signup
One account = one individual or organization. No reselling / sharing.
Team plan: invite up to 3 users. Enterprise: unlimited.
You're responsible for account security. Change the temp password ASAP.

4. Payment & refunds

Billing cycle: monthly prepaid, linear by months
7-day money-back guarantee: any reason, full refund within 7 days of payment
After 7 days: pro-rata refund on full remaining months (current month deducted)
Expiry: AI features stop; data retained for 90 days. After that, deleted if not renewed.
Price changes: existing subscriptions locked at current price; renewal at new price

5. Acceptable use

You may not use GhostAI to:

Engage in activity that violates PRC law
Upload or generate illegal content (porn, violence, terrorism, infringement, etc.)
Send spam, harass others, automate attacks
Reverse-engineer the service, bypass quotas, abuse the API
Resell the service (except via official Affiliate Program)

Violations: immediate suspension without refund, cooperation with law enforcement if needed.

6. Content ownership

Your uploads / data / conversations: you own them
You grant us a limited license to store and process the data solely to serve you
We never use your content for model training, resale, or public display
After account deletion, data is purged per Privacy Policy

7. Availability

Monthly uptime ≥ 99.5% (excluding planned maintenance)
Scheduled maintenance: 24h advance email notice
Force-majeure outages (disasters, power, third-party failure) not liable
If downtime exceeds 24h continuously, subscription extended proportionally
Live status: /status

8. Liability limit

Service provided "as is" — not guaranteed bug-free or 100% accurate
AI outputs are for reference only; not legal / medical / financial advice
Max liability for losses from using AI outputs: not exceeding what you paid in the prior 12 months
No liability for indirect / incidental / consequential damages

9. Changes & termination

We may adjust features / plans / pricing — material changes notified by email 30 days in advance
Serious violations: we may terminate immediately
You may request account deletion anytime (see Privacy)

10. Intellectual property

GhostAI product, marks, docs, and brand assets are ours. Open-source dependencies (Dify / Qdrant / DeepSeek / etc.) belong to their respective owners.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes resolved in our jurisdiction (Jiangsu Province).
